We first trialled the system manually: taking orders by phone, partnering with a Central London plumbers merchant offering 30-minute part supply, and delivering materials via bike courier in a backpack
We used direct feedback to improve the process and create a fully digital and automated order and payment system, including real-time delivery notifications for customers

When a plumber needs to leave to collect an unexpected or urgent part for a job, they can lose hours in traffic, face illegal parking fines, or need to leave unfinished jobs overnight.

We created an on-demand, urgent part-delivery system, allowing plumbers to receive same-day supplies quickly onsite with automated ordering and payments. This reduced job time, increased customer satisfaction, and allowed plumbers to take on more customers.
By integrating various tracking, inventory and messaging systems we offered an easy-to-use messaging tool tailored to plumbers' needs and way of working. This reduced their travel times during working hours by 90% and allowed them to be more productive on site.
