About the Founder

Robert Hangu founded Next Operations to bring the latest voice AI technologies to businesses who benefit the most from it: clinics, home services, property management, and HOA.

Today's AI is truly impressive, but it requires technical skill to tap into. There's a disconnect between AI builders and real business who can benefit the most from it.

Robert's mission is to bridge that gap.

He brings 10+ years of experience in the tech industry and has been working along some of London's fastest-moving tech startups in the early 2020s.

He co-founded two logistics startups in the city, delivering construction materials to home service companies in central London.

Since the start of the AI revolution Robert is helping service-first business automate their phone operations through human-sounding AI.

He started his career as a software engineer at Skype and SAP, and holds a M.Sc. in Artificial Intelligence from the KIT in Germany.
